On May 1, 2026, it’s that time again: the Eschborn-Frankfurt cycling classic will roll through the region. To ensure a safe race for the professionals and 12,000 amateur cyclists, temporary road closures are unavoidable.
On this page, we have compiled all important information, closures, and checkpoints so you can plan May 1st as best as possible.

Public Transport (ÖPNV) Restrictions
Due to the extensive road closures on May 1, bus and tram services will experience detours, cancellations, and schedule changes.
Tip: S-Bahn and U-Bahn services are generally not affected by surface road closures and are often the fastest option on race day!
